The SōH/FAST is a 40L (total volume) fastpack built for long days, fast miles, and big objectives on trail.
Whether you’re thru-hiking the GDT, bagging peaks, or chasing FKTs, the SōH/FAST is designed to carry what you need without slowing you down.
We couldn’t find a fastpack that balanced running-vest access, thru-hiking capacity, durable fabrics, and clean external storage — so we built our own.
While the total volume is 40L the true internal capacity is 28L meaning the extra 12L of exterior volume leads to minimal weight penalties and no extra bulk. The SōH/FAST carries just as good with a sub 20L SUL FKT kit, as it does for a week long backpacking trip with 5-7 days worth of food (as long as you're UL).
Built for fast access
The running vest-style straps keep your essentials close without needing to take the pack off. The vest includes 1L soft flask-compatible bottle pockets, lower stretch mesh pockets, two zippered pockets (1 low on right side, 1 high on left side), and an integrated whistle on the bungee to secure soft flasks.
Built for long days
With 28L of internal volume and 10L of external storage, the SōH/FAST gives you enough capacity for big pushes while keeping gear organized and accessible.
Tall side pockets with a minimal bungee cinch, a pass-through bottom pocket, and a large rear pocket with external bungee cord give you flexible storage for layers, snacks, bottles, poles, or wet gear.
Built to adapt
A removable top strap, removable side compression buckles and side tension adjustment system, let you adjust the pack based on your load, layers, and pace.

Sizing
Sizing is primarily based on waist and chest circumference. The bag is very adjustable and will fit most people. If you are in between sizes and are unsure, size up.
Irina is 5'11" (180cm) w/ 34.5" (88cm) chest & a 26" (66cm) waist and wears a S-M
York is 6'3" (188cm) w 44" (111cm) chest & a 34" (86cm) waist and wears a L-XL
