Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from SōH Studios through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that you accept these terms together with the policies linked from the website.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when the studio confirms it or begins fulfilment or production. SōH Studios may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, pricing or listing errors, payment concerns, production constraints, suspected fraud, or an inability to complete the requested work. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be returned as applicable.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are presented where available before the order is submitted. Payment must be authorized before fulfilment or production begins.
Products and availability
Equipment is made in limited quantities and can sell out. Photographs and screen colours are representative; small variations can occur in materials, texture, construction, and finishing without changing the intended function of the product.
Ready-Made, Made-to-Order, and Atelier
Ready-Made equipment is normally available from stock. Made-to-Order equipment is produced after purchase. Atelier work can include modifications or custom production. Estimated production timing is shown on the product page, configurator, quotation, or Production Times page and is not a guaranteed completion date.
A configurator total is an estimate based on the selected options. Where a deposit is offered, it is calculated as 50% of that estimate. The studio can review feasibility, materials, final scope, final price, and any remaining balance before custom production begins.
Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery information is governed by the Shipping & Delivery page. Carrier timelines are estimates, and delays after carrier collection can occur outside the studio's control.
Returns, refunds, and warranty
Eligibility and procedures are described on the Refunds & Returns and Warranty & Repairs pages. Made-to-Order and Atelier equipment is normally final sale unless it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Use and limitation of liability
You are responsible for selecting equipment appropriate for your body, intended activity, conditions, and load, and for inspecting it before use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SōH Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal rights or liability that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
