Dispatch
Ready-Made equipment normally dispatches from stock within the timeframe shown on its product page. Made-to-Order and Atelier work dispatches after production is complete, which ranges from 2 weeks to up to 16 weeks depending on the project and time of ordering.

Rates and delivery estimates
Available services, prices, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout from the destination and parcel. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier receives the order, not when the order is placed.
Tracking
A dispatch confirmation is sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Taxes, duties, brokerage, and import requirements are handled as displayed at checkout or by the destination country and carrier. Review the checkout total before placing the order.
