Requesting a return
Contact the studio with your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, instructions and the correct return address will be provided.
Condition
Eligible items must be unused, clean, and returned with their original components and packaging. Products showing wear, contamination, modification, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Equipment produced, modified, or fitted for a specific order is normally final sale unless it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping and return-shipping costs are not normally refunded unless the studio made an error or the product arrived defective.
Please notify us that you would like to return an item, and clarify if you need to switch sizes, or would like a refund.
