Custom Fastpack

The configurator calculates your deposit as a percentage of your current estimate. Your deposit is applied to the total cost of your fastpack and is non-refundable.

After you order, the Atelier reviews your build and confirms final pricing. The remaining balance is invoiced before production begins.

Once your bag is complete, we'll notify you and you'll have 3 months to pay the remaining balance — pay it all at once or in parts, whenever works for you.

Unpaid balances left more than 3 months after completion may be sold without refund.

We'll be in touch within 2-3 business days of your order to confirm the details of your build. Please respond in a timely manner — delayed communication can delay production.

Please use the same email thread for all correspondence so our team stays on the same page about your build.

Once all details are finalized, we're heads-down building — don't expect frequent updates, but feel free to check in on your order anytime.

If you have questions, or want options on the bag that aren't listed in the configurator, email us before ordering.

Any changes to your build after ordering need to be confirmed with us directly and may affect price or lead time.

These custom fastpacks are made to order, so lead times vary by build. As a general estimate, production takes 8 to 16 weeks, depending on your design, material choices, and the number of orders ahead of yours in the queue.

Your fastpack dispatches once production is complete. You'll get a dispatch confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size. For international orders, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are handled as shown at checkout or by your destination country's requirements — please review your total before placing the order.

We do offer a repair warranty for the first 2 years from your delivery date, covering everything from regular use to manufacturing defects.
