The SōH\/FAST carries just as good with a sub 20L SUL FKT kit, as it does for a week long backpacking trip with 5-7 days worth of food (as long as you're UL).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eBuilt for fast access\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe running vest-style straps keep your essentials close without needing to take the pack off.
